Payments Partner® is a registered trademark and trade name of SunWest Capital LLC. This policy describes how the Payments Partner® application collects, uses, and protects data when installed through the marketplace.
Account Data: When you install the app, we receive your business name, email, and account credentials via OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Payment Data: When your customers make payments, the app facilitates collection of credit/debit card details or bank account information (ACH). This sensitive payment data is transmitted directly to our payment gateway partner via secure Browser Post technology and is never stored on our servers.
Transaction Records: We retain transaction identifiers, masked account numbers, authorization codes, amounts, and timestamps for record-keeping and compliance.

We do not sell your data. We do not use payment data for advertising.
Payment processing services are provided through our third-party partners, Account approval and funding timelines are subject to underwriting guidelines and your financial institution’s processing schedule. Credit card transaction funding is typically the next business day.
Payment Support services are provided by SunWest Capital LLC, a service provider.
Technical Support services are provide by ContractSoft LLC, DBA ContractSoft AI, a technology company.
All payment data is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Card and bank account data is transmitted directly to the payment gateway via Browser Post and never touches our application servers. We comply with PCI-DSS standards for card transactions and NACHA Operating Rules for ACH transactions.
ACH transactions require explicit consumer authorization via electronic consent. All ACH transactions are processed as WEB (Internet Authorized Entry) transactions in compliance with NACHA Operating Rules. Consumers may revoke ACH authorization by contacting the merchant or their financial institution. ACH transaction funding is typically within 3–5 business days. Actual timelines may vary based on your bank and account configuration.
Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years per financial regulations. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. Certain transaction records may be exempt from deletion due to regulatory retention requirements.
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
