Payments Partner® provides payment processing integration services for businesses. The Service facilitates the acceptance of credit cards, debit cards, and ACH (Pay-by-Bank) payments through our third-party partners.
The Service will be made available by downloading in the GoHighLevel marketplace.

Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover • ACH (Pay-by-Bank) — Checking and savings account payments with lower processing fees. You can enable one or both payment methods. Your onboarding specialist will help you configure the right setup for your agency and clients.
Your payment form is ready. Customers will see a branded Payments Partner® checkout with a tabbed interface for card and bank account payments.Transactions appear in your dashboard and/or our third-party partner's for reporting and management. Payments Partner® uses North's Browser Post technology to process payments securely:
• Your customer enters payment details in the branded checkout form • Card or bank data is sent directly to North's secure servers — never through your application • North processes the transaction and returns the result in real time • The payment status is communicated back to your account instantly
Security Note: Sensitive payment data (card numbers, CVV, bank account numbers) is transmitted directly from the customer's browser to North's secure servers via Browser Post. This data never passes through or is stored on Payments Partner® servers, minimizing your PCI compliance scope.

Can I process refunds?
-Yes. Both card refunds and ACH credits (refunds) are supported through the Service.
How do I view my transactions?
-Transactions are visible in your account dashboard and in North's Payments Hub, which provides detailed reporting, settlement information, and transaction history.
What if a payment is declined?
-Decline reason codes are displayed in the transaction details. Common codes include 05 (Do Not Honor), 51 (Insufficient Funds), and 54 (Expired Card). Your customer should contact their bank or try a different payment method.
